We're looking forward to an out-of-season paddling week in Orkney, starting Thursday coming (15th October). The weekend looks like a good forecast and we'd love to paddle with anyone interested in a day or weekend trip. Just noticed the 'risk / responsibility' note on the website - we're not bad, moderately ok sorts of paddlers. I have 4* sea, and we've paddled together around Scotland and Patagonia. Would be great to have a good trip recommendation even if no-one can make it out. I think we'll be using a double, depending how the mood takes us when we load the car tomorrow.
